Melahat finally reveals the truth and everyone gets startled. How will Kerem and Ayse explain this to their families? Kerem and Ayse have second thoughts about what they have done after the chaos in the hospital. Ayse wants to come clean and turn over a new leaf. She thinks that everyone should learn about the truth, then they will have a life without problems. As for Kerem, he needs time to settle down everything. The lovers cannot agree on this and it causes a serious fight between them. Who will have the final word?

Modamu employees are ready to welcome the new year. They expect a party but Kerem finds an excuse and cancels the celebrations. Ayse cannot see why Kerem has done this. She realizes that Kerem hides something and she goes after him.
